    假期，我有幸拜读了孙明霞老师的《只为做一名良师》这本书，它让我明白了怎样才能做一名良师：就是在教育教学中不断地超越自己，不断地战胜自己，不断地争取每一个“更好”。努力做一名良师，是一种工作的态度和境界。孙明霞老师在书中告诉我们，要成为一名良师，需要在四个方面努力锤炼自己——躬身实践、勤于读书、善于交友、乐于笔耕。
