    Abstract：

    本文就学生订单办学培训模式的实际运用情况进行了案例剖析，学校和学生企业共同签署了产品用工培训合同，共同根据企业产品的使用特点自行制定了产品教学计划，结合了学生企业的产品实际使用技能进行培训，实现了与学生企业实际使用者无缝互动接轨，解决了大学生今后就业的种种忧虑，减少了学生企业二次技能培训的大量费用。
