    邵阳学院初步构建了一个符合工程类专业硕士研究生培养特点并能有效运作的研究生培养质量保障体系，即通过优化培养方案、严格过程监控和突出实践能力的学术价值要求来实现质量监控。最后对研究生教育质量监控保障体系建设中需要完善之处进行思考和总结。
