    对于教育而言，本身就要面向所有学生。后进生一直都是教育全体中非常重要的一部分，自身理应享有和其他学生一样的权利。因此，班主任理应合理对待这些学生，尽可能发掘其身上的优点，以此保证管理的整体效果有所提升，进而实现转化的目标。
