Abstract：
随着新课程改革号角的吹响,对学生综合能力的要求也越来越高.在这样的背景之下,对在学生综合能力锻炼的过程中进行了各种形式的探究和实践.而初中班级管理工作也主要是在促进学生综合能力的基础上形成和发展起来的.当下,学生自主管理模式已经逐渐成为班级管理工作中的一种新的方向与路径.
