Abstract：
2020年初突发的重大公共卫生事件打破了原有的行业生态平衡,线下服务行业出现了"闲得慌",而线上服务行业需求量剧增,出现了"用工荒",这两种极端情况催生了一种应急雇佣模式,既减轻了线下服务行业的用人成本也缓解了线上服务行业的用工压力,实现了人力资源的互补.
