    要提高初中学生的个性化作文的写作水平,首先要想方设法,激发学生的写作兴趣.可以从个性化作文训练的命题新颖性、需要性、情感性、情境性、形式的多样性,化被动为主动,激发写作兴趣,提高写作水平,并逐步培养学生的自主写作能力.
