    民族舞是一种传统的舞蹈表现形式,我国民族舞的历史源远流长,随着社会时代的发展我国的民族舞蹈也呈现出多样的发展态势,民族舞是我国民族的瑰宝,通过民族舞教学可以传播我国传统民族文化,并且能够通过教学将我国的民族舞带至世界每个角落,让世界人民都能够感受到中国民族舞的魅力,感受到中国文化的传统内涵.
