班级管理和德育教育是初中班主任的主要工作内容.初中阶段的学生正处于青春期,班主任对他们的引导对于学生今后的发展有非常重要的意义.因此,初中班主任不仅要将德育教育作为班级计划,还要在班级管理的过程中渗透德育教育,引导学生形成崇高的道德品质和正确的价值观,促进学生的发展.
