    课堂的高效取决于施教者是否能够采用多样的教学方式来实现.面对不同的学生,在实际的教学中采用因材施教的分层教学法,有利于学生学习的有效性,也在一定程度上提高了教学效果.将学案和评价进行分层,有助于优化课堂内外.
