Abstract：
随着素质教育的不断推进,教育教学向我们提出了更高的要求:在不加重学生课业负担的前提下,努力寻求最佳的学习效果.那么如何在单位时间内如何取得学习效果的最大化?在实践教学中,我在课前准备、教学方法、师生关系、学习环境这四个方面进行了积极探索,取得了理想的效果.
