    Abstract：

    本文主要介绍数控仿真软件Vericut在数控编程教学中的应用,以某零件的孔加工为例,介绍了零件在Vericut上的数控仿真加工基本过程和步骤,主要如下:虚拟机床模型的建立,毛坯和夹具以及刀具模型的建立、设置系统参数,加工仿真及结果分析等.通过使用Vericut软件使学生在编程过程中减少程序的错误,较好掌握了编程规则和技巧.
