Abstract：

爱是教育的重要基础,没有爱就没有教育,因此老师需要用爱的甘露滋润孩子的心田.特别是对于一些后进生而言,老师应当给予他们更多的关爱、宽容以及理解,旨在帮助他们能够加强自信心,改掉不好的习惯.因此在本篇文章当中,我们主要是简单的探讨了小学班主任的爱心教育,希望能够提供给相关从事者一些有效的帮助.
