随着旅游行业的发展,旅游管理专业的学生面临越来越难的挑战.旅游行业的工作要求从业人员有良好的形象和专业的职业素质,开设公关礼仪类课程成了旅游管理专业教育的当务之急.文章探讨了公关礼仪类课程在旅游管理专业教育的作用和改进,发现了一些问题并提出了解决方法.
