堂堂正正的人格是思想政治理论课教师思想觉悟、道德情操、工作能力的体现,它反映了新时代思想政治理论课教师应有的道德品质、政治品格、精神修养.检验新时代思想政治理论课教师"人格要正"的职业素养,主要看其是否具备了提供"理想的意图"的人格之善、提供"理想的力量"的本领之真、实现"理想的效果"的育人之美.
