Abstract：
中职生是一个相对特殊的群体,心理发展具有鲜明的时代特征:接受信息多,思想活跃,但是非标准不清晰;成就动机强,渴望成才,但学习目的不明确.为了有效的改善此类问题,需要有针对性的调整教学方式与手段,从学生的实际情况出发,分析如何改进教学思路,提升中职美术教学技术水平,完成教学设定目标.
