Abstract：
对大多数学校来说,青年教师是其打响名号,高举旗帜的主力军.但是从客观角度来说,青年教师相较于优质的、老资格的教师,无论在教学理念、能力、经验、方法等方面都"矮一截".为了弥补青年教师的短板,学校必须要采用科学的教师培训策略.据此,本文从思想引领、业务指导、规章学习、搭建平台几个方面进行分析.
