Abstract：
中职学校教学中,要转变传统的体育教学观念,尤其要创新教学方式,充分调动女生的体育运动参与积极性,要尊重女生的身心特点,切实培养学生的终身体育兴趣和能力,让学生树立体育意识,增强自身的身体素质.本文以广西中职学校为主要研究对象,详细分析了女生体育运动积极性不高的原因,以及培养提升女生体育运动参与度的有效性策略.
