Abstract：
智力是学生的学习能力,包括记忆力、理解力等;非智力因素是指智力因素以外的动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等心理因素,智力与非智力因素在学习过程中是紧密相连的,对学生学习及健康成长有着关键的作用和意义.非智力因素是一切教学活动的出发点,智力因素必须在非智力因素的作用下才能有所发展.学生的非智力能力能够在正确的引导及培养下不断提高及改善,从而实现教学目标.本文研究了如何从非智力因素入手,培养学生良好的个性品质,调动学生积极的内驱力,从而有效搞好初中语文教学.
