Abstract：
素质教育背景下,教师在开展小学数学课堂教学时,需要教师注重转化思想,不断优化小学数学课堂教学模式,有利于提高小学数学课堂教学质量和效率,并逐渐培养小学生数学综合素养.在进行小学数学教学时,教师应积极转化思想,根据学生实际情况,开展具有针对性和目的性的教学工作.在进行小学数学课堂教学时,需要合理渗透转化思想,有助于提高小学生学习数学知识的理解能力以及加深学习记忆,并培养小学生数学综合素养.
