Abstract：
学术阅读是高校外语教师专业发展中非常重要的环节,是教师学习的主要途径.然而高校外语教师的学术阅读现状却不容乐观,本文认为教师首先要提高科研意识,加强学术阅读实践,并在阅读的过程中学会寻找外界帮助,针对性的运用学术成果到自身的教学中去是促进高校外语教师开展学术阅读的有效手段.
