Abstract：
随着社会进步与经济的快速发展,对人才的要求也越来越高,除了对必要的理论知识和技能掌握外,还要拥有一定的道德情操与情感价值观念.在此背景下中职语文教育迎来了新的改革挑战,除了基本语文知识教学外,还要融合人文素养,做到人文教育与专业教育相协调,促进两者的相互补充与促进.为此,本文以中职语文教学为例,分析如何采取有效措施,实现人文素养的融合.
