Abstract：
现代教育中,教师的定位相较于传统教育有了本质的变化,教师不仅仅关注于"传道授业解惑",更应该尊重学生的人格,激发学生的学习积极性,使每个学生都能得到充分的发展.下文是我在不断实践、不断探究、不断思考、不断学习过程中关于教育的三点思考.
