    作为新时代的青年教师,一直在思考着一个问题,思考着应该用什么样的教学方法才能够有效的促进学生的成长呢?在2014年11月参加的一次自治区组织的教师技能大赛中有幸接触到了微课教学,便被这种新的教学方式所吸引,而又如何将微课教学有效的运用到农村初中物理课堂,并达到提高课堂教学效率的效果,对此充满了新奇与挑战.
