客体关系理论是精神分析流派中非常重要的理论,它对于个体理解自身的成长与发展具有巨大意义.高中时期是青少年期的一部分,面临人生诸多重要议题.本文主要阐述,以温尼科特的客体关系理论为背景,结合青少年期的心理特征,在高中开展心理辅导活动课——《我的重要他人》的过程与反思.
