Abstract：
市场经济改革随着社会的发展也在不断的深入,而我国对于财经从业人员的要求也在不断的提升,为了能够使我国的市场经济得到更加平稳和长远的发展,就必须对财经从业人员提出新的要求,而调整之后的市场要求财经从业人员需要具备一定的实践操作能力和理论知识水平,为了迎合市场的需求,高职高专院校就必须改变自身的人才培养模式,调整人才培养计划和人才培养目标,加强对学生的实践技能的培养.本文也主要围绕高职高专财经基本技能培养模式进行研究和探讨.
