    Abstract：

    随着高等教育的不断发展和三级师范向二级师范的转变,高职高专院校数学教育专业的培养目标也由原来师专培养初中数学教师向培养小学数学教师过渡.随着初等教育专业人才培养的推进,对小学教师的素质和角色定位有了新的、更高的要求.为适应当前基础教育的新课程的教学改革,小学教育专业人才培养模式的制定要紧密围绕培养目标和课程结构来进行,以彰显初等教育思想和先进的教学理念为核心、以深化学科素养教育和强化专业技能为突破.
