Abstract：
当前,高职院校学生社团组织缺乏理论支持和价值引导,活动目标不明确,注重短期效益,缺乏必要的规范性,存在着急功近利的现象,许多高校学生社团内部管理混乱没有严格规范的章程,仅凭社团成员的一腔热情在维持运转,本文意在将"服务学习"的理念贯穿到学生的社团活动中,将学生学术课程的学习目标和参与有意义的教育实践活动结合起来,真正培养高职学生实践能力,帮助学生在既提高学业成绩又服务社会的同时还能成为有社会责任感和关心他人的人.
