    语文教师是学生在各个学习阶段中不可或缺的引路人,并在他们的生活中扮演着重要的管理者角色,能够在教学活动中提高学生的人文素养.随着我国职业学校规模不断扩大,近年来许多教育工作者也逐渐重视对于学生精神层面的教育.人文素养作为我国职业学校语文教师在教学过程中的重要任务,也为职业学校教学工作开展的有效性提供了强有力的支持.
