Abstract：
随着当前我国社会经济的快速发展,现阶段我国各行各业对专业化人才的需求量急剧上升,因此在对石油企业进行充分调研的基础上,需要根据石油企业的工作过程导向进行课程体系的开发,对石油工程专业进行典型工作任务进行分析锻炼学生的岗位职业能力,本文中主要在基于以工作过程为导向的课程研发技术体系,探究了技工院校对石油工程行业课程体系的开发思路与实践过程,进而在凸显高职教育的特点上,创新高职教育人才的培养理念思路.
