Abstract：
随着素质教育的不断深化,各个学科都面临着改革的考验,传统的灌输式教学模式已经不能承担起培养全方面人才的时代要求.初中的数学,要求学生拥有一定的分析能力、推理能力、空间思维能力,而传统的以教师为主体的口授教学模式很难培养学生的综合实践能力.教师在课堂上组织学生进行小组合作学习,锻炼学生之间合作交流的能力,让学生们在共同探讨中掌握数学知识,培养学生合作探究的能力以及操作展示能力,构建高效的初中数学课堂.
