    小学语文核心素养的核心是培养小学生语文能力、阅读能力、语文积累、语文知识、学习方法等.阅读能力是衡量一个人语文素养的重要标尺,在当前社会环境下,小学生的语文阅读能力普遍存在着问题,特别是农村小学生的语文阅读能力需要加强,阅读能力的提升可以从创设阅读环境、激发阅读兴趣、掌握阅读方法几个方面进行.
