    教育作为人类社会立足、向前发展的一大基础,占据着重要地位,人们在教育的引导下不断进步、不断向前.教师作为教育的先锋官,代表着教育的行进方向,这就要求教师在对学生进行教育时,付出更多的耐心,切实从学生的现实情况出发,为学生提供优质、高效的教学服务.在小学音乐教学中运用合作学习能够起到很好的效果,通过不断的实践,培养学生的合作意识需要老师自身了解合作意识的内涵,提升学生的参与意识,正确评价学生的学习.
