Abstract：

对于初中阶段学生的教育,教师不仅要对学生进行文化知识的教育,更要关注到学生的全面发展,实现学生道德品质的提升,为学生进入社会打下坚实的基础.初中阶段的学生正处于世界观、人生观和价值观形成的关键性时期,作为班主任教师,必须在教育教学工作中适当的开展德育教育,让学生通过德育教育实现个人的全面发展.
