    《诗经·卫风·淇奥》曰:"瞻彼淇奥,绿竹猗猗,如切如磋,如琢如磨".君子的自我修养就像加工骨器,切了还要磋,就像加工玉器,琢了还要磨.同样,一名教师的专业成长的旅途中,不仅要磋磨自身的修养修为,更要切琢一些成长的态度:对教育教学的态度;对学生成长的态度;对自我追求的态度.
