绩效考核是人力资源管理中的重要内容,特别是在国有企业人力资源管理中,全员绩效考核工作有着举足轻重的地位.如何充分发挥好全员绩效考核在干部考察、薪酬分配、劳动用工管控、人才培养等方面的作用,促使国有企业人力资源价值最大化,是非常值得探讨和研究的话题.本文基于大型国有企业绩效考核工作的实际情况及存在问题,对如何做好国有企业全员绩效考核工作进行了深入的思考和探索.
