Abstract：
生源质量是高职教育不断发展的制约因素,为高职院校学生日常管理以及教学工作带来了极大的困难.本文在系统分析高职院校生源特征的基础上,对高职学生管理中存在的问题进行了剖析,并从管理思想、管理方法等方面提出了改革路径,为高职学生管理工作的有序开展打下了扎实的基础.
