Abstract：
随着如今社会的不断发展,对于人才的需求越来越迫切,我们的社会需要更多高素质全面发展的人才,数学这门学科能够很好的锻炼学生的各方面能力.而任课老师在进行数学教学之初需要培养学生对于学习数学知识的兴趣,这样才能使学生今后的学习更加事半功倍,在充满兴趣的学习过程中学生就会更加自主地培养自身良好的学习习惯,能够更容易今后更高阶段的学习.本篇文章主要论述的就是在初中数学的课堂当中有效培养学生学习兴趣的教学方案.
