Abstract：
目前,由于我国社会快速发展,使财政系统电子档案数据库信息资源呈直线增长趋势,相应的对财政系统电子档案数据库管理工作也提出了更高要求.在信息化背景下,利用信息技术对财政系统电子档案数据库实行数字化管理实质是对传统档案管理模式的一种创新,这一新型档案管理手段可以高效全面管理财政系统档案信息资源,从而提高财政系统工作效率与质量.
