    随着我国公路事业的不断发展,公路职工队伍的整体素质与公路事业发展需要之间的矛盾日益突出,要解决这一矛盾,只有创新人力资源管理,吸引、留住、培养和使用好人才,才能实现公路事业的可持续发展.现结合渭南公路行业现状,对如何加强人才队伍建设,创新公路部门人力资源管理提出自己粗浅的看法.
