Abstract：
互助合作学习是指学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同的任务,有明确的责任分工的互助性学习.开展英语互助合作学习是变一人教为多人教的教学改革的重要途径.实践证明,初中英语教学中运用互助合作学习能够提高学生的学业成绩,培养学生的英语学习兴趣,提高学生英语学习的能力,同时也增强了学生的合作精神和竞争意识,提高学生的社会责任感.
