教师是教育事业发展的根本,加强教师师德师风建设对于营造良好的校风校貌和科学严谨的学风有着积极的意义.随着素质教育的不断深化,教师在教育教学中扮演的角色越来越多样化,要想多角度发挥教师的育人功效,就需要教师强化立德树人理念,加强师德师风建设,用高尚的师德去感染和影响学生,促进学生的全面发展.
