    当前处于社会发展的新时期,正是初中生身心发展的关键时期,所以,这个时期的班主任应该更加重视学生各种价值观的形成和培养.班主任的职责不只是抓好学生的学业,还要重视对学生的德育工作,还需要不断创新自己的德育方式.班主任的作用是至关重要的,通过对初中生的育德工作,培养出新时期德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的新青年,为当前教育事业的发展做出贡献.
