Abstract：
为了不断促进我国青年人才的职业能力,高等职业技术学校和中等职业技术学校都在如火如荼的发展,教育是为了培养国家和社会需要的人才,基于职业教育与理论教育稍有脱节的情况,应该致力于在课堂教育中为学生展开职业能力的培养,这也是中专学校教学的重点工作,本文仔细研读了前人的相关研究,从中得出一些启示,就在中专的体育课堂中对学生进行职业能力培养的重要性作以阐述,并探讨了在中专体育课堂中培养学生职业能力的具体实施途径,期望为现实实践做出一些贡献.
