Abstract：
"立德树人"作为我国当下倡导的教育目标和教育根本要求,对教师这一行业无论是知识还是品德方面提出了更为专业的各项要求,尤其是针对培养国家高素质人才的高校教师,更应强化高校教师其中以青年教师群体为主的职业道德修养.职业道德的修养将直接作用于高校学生的人才培养质量与成效上,因此高校教师职业道德修养的不断提升与促进无疑在高校教育教学活动中起着十分重要的作用和意义.本文旨在探讨高校教师职业道德内涵的基础上,对高校教师职业道德修养的必要性和重要性作出思考.
