中等职业教育旨在培养以能力为本位的与社会适应的德智体美等全面发展,具有综合职业能力的高素质劳动者和专门技能型人才.对于中职学校来说,生源素质差的问题始终是困扰中等职业学校发展的重要因素,制约了中职生素质的提高.欲加强中职学生的综合素质的培养,就需要对目前中职学生综合素质的状况进行分析.
