Abstract：
任意的写作都不是一蹴而就的,学生也不是生来就能写出让所有人都为之赞叹的作文,教师除了要尊重学生的自由与创造外,还需要给学生提供必要的指导,比起使用较多,诟病也较多的作前指导,管建刚老师在"作后讲评"方面提出了许多有益的建议.本文就管建刚老师的《作文讲评课》这一课例来探讨管建刚老师在写作教学方面给我们的有益启示.
