Abstract：
田径教学是中职体育教学中重要的组成部分,它对学生的心理健康发展和综合素质锻炼有着极为重要的意义.对于中职学生来说,田径运动会给他们带来一定的压力,很多女生会以各种理由拒绝参加田径训练之中,为此,体育教师应将趣味教学方法融入日常教学之中,激发学生的运动兴趣,活跃课堂的田径氛围,让学生积极主动地参与到体育活动之中.
