    Abstract：

    为了延长食品的保存时间,增添食品的风味和色泽,企业在进行食品加工时经常会使用化学添加剂,如果其用量合适,与食品可以很好的搭配,在一定程度上的确能够有效延长保质期,但是如果相关工作人员操作不当,胡乱使用,不仅不会达到期望效果,还会对人体带来伤害.
