    Abstract：

    "基础教育课程改革"中明确提出基础教育的任务不仅要传授知识,更重要的是让学生积极参与学习,掌握学习的方法,学会学习,并有愿望和能力终身学习.而新市民随迁子女,由于基础教育的差异、家长素质的差别、家庭条件的限制等因素致使其在学习习惯,学科基础、学习能力等方面均与当地的孩子有较大的差距,这种差距很容易导致产生自卑心理,从而对学习、生活失去兴趣和信心.
